Copenhagen Dining Week

As is our tradition, the SALT restaurant will participate in the Copenhagen Dining Week. This year’s festival takes place between February 11th and 17th and for DKK 215 (+booking fee), you can enjoy a 3 course dinner and a San Pellegrino mineral water.

Our menu for the 2019 Copenhagen Dining Week will be:

BAKED COD
crab bisque, gherkin and egg yolk

GLAZED BEEF AND ROASTED CELERIAC
black trumpet mushroom and parsley hollandaise

ICE CREAM OF CARAMELISED JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE
burned white chocolate and black currant
