SALT essentials is a concept where we focus on the essential elements – taste, the best produce and the craftsmanship. Essentials is a declaration of love for the food and the passion, where we found the essence of our modern Danish kitchen, with inspiration from international gastronomy.

 

This menu reflects the fragrance of winter with its Christmas spices and the sweetness and heaviness of fruit – we have been exploring the traditions and have created a balance between the flavours you love and the taste of something new. The menu is served in SALT restaurant until December 20th.
