SALT at home!


Treat your guests to a classic Christmas menu from SALT, where we offer a selection of our very own Christmas favorites. We have made sure that everything is ready – you just need to turn on the oven and prepare for serving.

The menu is valid from 18th November to 19th December (Wednesday – Saturday).

  • minimum 5 covers
  • pre-order minimum 2 days before
  • pick up is between 1PM – 6PM

Christmas menu

Old-fashioned ripened curry herring – capers, eggs and cress


Cold-smoked salmon – salad of kale, sour cream and horseradish


Salt-baked celeriac – browned butter, hazelnuts and cranberries

Spicy Christmas sausage – onion relish, apple and coarse mustard

Fried duck breast – pickled red cabbage with black currants and Christmas spices


“Ris a la mande” – cherry sauce


Dark rye bread and cold-leavened sourdough bread
