One of the aims of the SALT restaurant is to make a difference, be it large or small. Consequently we will be participating in the ‟Spis & Støt” (Eat & Support) event from May 30th to June 8th, for which the focus is the fight against cancer.

We will offer a 3-course menu at a price of just DKK 250 of which DKK 40 will be donated to the Cancer Research Fund. We aim to create a meal which has the tastes of Danish summer and which can be the cornerstone of an enjoyable evening.

Our menu will be:

BROWN CRAB
egg yolk, summer cabbage and tomato broth

FRIED HAKE
new potatoes, lovage and sauce

GREEN PEAS ICE CREAM
salt meringue and rhubarb
